Curtain Walls designed with both 50mm and 60mm sight lines
Varying section modulus from 103 cm3 to 834 cm3 allow for increased resistance to wind loads and greater span possibilities
Panel thickness from 4 mm to 30 mm can be accommodated.
For infills > 12mm a special low thermal conductivity spacer is used between the mullion and pressure plate ; system conforms to class 2.1 DIN standards.System becomes thermally broken

Grid when assembled has two level water drainage and special spouts to direct any water infiltration to the exterior
Top hung windows are integrated with the grid in a manner to allow for complete planarity of both openable and fixed panels.

  Structural Glazing - SG60

Semi -Unitised System with the convenience of glass replacements and ease of handling.
Single Mullion that has unique method of transom connections that enable a 100% factory fabricated and assembled product.
Four Stage Barriers for enhanced performance of air and water sealing.
Basic principle of construction allows for two level water drainage.
Special Thermo-Plastic Material placed between the mullion and glazing panel gives a low-conductivity, thermally insulated structure classified under 2.1 DIN 4108
Panels are fitted onto the main structure using special accessories and SS fasteners resulting in accurate assembly and convenience in replacements.
Panels assembled with corner connectors to fill the tubular spaces giving perfectly sealed joints.
Specially machined weeps help to ventilate the edge of the glass as well as the spandrel area reducing the heat load on the building.
Top Hung Windows to be integrated in the system using self balancing stainless steel arms permitting a maximum of 15o opening. Windows to be provided with multi point latching and a cremone handle.

All exposed items components have no visible screws.
The system integrates the finishing of the interior at floor and ceiling levels and also provides for building up of the necessary sills and lintels, if required by the interior scheme. These also act as fire stops between the floors.
System is tested under UNI standards for Air Permeability, Structural Stability, Water Infiltration and Wind Resistance in European Laboratories.
